Q. Is there any way to order on the internet without using a credit card?
A. Yes, you can place your order on the internet but when it comes to payment options you can select to send a check or money order. Be sure to click "submit order" after you have printed the order to send with your payment.

Q. Can I place my order by phone?
A. Yes, just call us at 1-800-798-8020, have the image # (the number below the image you want to order) for all pictures you wish to order and what items you want to order from each. The order can then be completed by giving us your credit card number or by sending a check or money order.

Q. I have 2 different individuals that I want to order pictures for – can I do that in one order?
A. Yes, you can order as many different images as you want, even from different sports and different schools. Just click on "Continue Shopping" to select additional images from one sport or then click on "Search Photographs" to find another sport or school. Everything ordered will be added to your cart which can be viewed at any time.

Q. I can't find my pictures.
A. Pictures should be online within a week of when they were taken. 
Also, the Search Result Page only displays the 20 most recent events.  Click the "Next Page" arrow at the below the search results to find more events.  Our current site goes back to the Fall of 2007.  If you need older pictures, or still cannot find your pictures, please contact us.

Q. I don't see the product I want to order.
A. If you do not see the products you are wanting, please contact us with the school, sport, and year and we will get back to you.  Note: Composites and Pro Products are available online for a limited time.  However, we can always get it for you at no additional charge.  Just contact us with what you want and we will take care of it for you.

Q. I keep getting an error message.
A. If you are using Firefox, please try Internet Explorer or Safari.  We like Firefox, too, but it does not play nicely with our site.

Q. My browser says your site cannot be trusted.
A. In short, our certificate is valid and up to date.  The warning has to do with the level of verification that we have.  The bottom line is that the new standards make obtaining the highest certification cost prohibitive for small businesses.  If you are concerned about this at all, we certainly understand, and you can always call and place your order over the phone.  Just be sure to have your image number(s).
